It will also help keep you cool. The sun is not only dangerous, but the high temperature can also affect you, keep well hydrated at all times.

Drink plenty of water or healthy non-sugary drinks but also low on alcohol. Food safety is also essential. Keep your food well stored/ covered, separated, and at adequate temperature to avoid contamination and food poisoning. Wash your hands before and after eating. Dispose of all trash properly to prevent the spread of bacteria and unwanted insects.

This season is known for the strong winds, which can cause big dangerous waves in the ocean. Be extra careful when swimming and keep an eye on the children. Do not leave children unattended at any time.

Talk with your kids about the dangers of drugs and alcohol. Teach them not to accept anything from strangers, no food or drinks. Avoid alcohol abuse. If you want to have a drink, drink responsibly and in moderation.
