(Oranjestad)—On Sunday afternoon, a short ceremony by Luna Foundation took place during which its Miss and Mrs. Carnival were crowned. During the ceremony, dogs Sandy and Coco received the crowns for Miss and Mrs. Carnival, respectively.
Luna Foundation’s queen selection featured several participants in both categories. These included the puppies Lady, Sandy, Nancy, Mathilda, Noelia, and Lily for Miss Carnival. In the Mrs. Carnival category, Coco, Alexis, Monalisa, and Cadushi participated.
Voting opened five days before the selection, during which Facebook users were asked to cast their votes by giving a “like” to their favorite dog.
All participants certainly gave a tremendous performance while walking the Carnival runway.
