ORANJESTAD – On Wednesday, April 26, 2023, at 07:00 a.m. (local time), the special edition of the Government Gazette was published containing the overview of Royal Honors awarded this year.
Traditionally, this festive moment, also called the General Occasion, is associated with the birthday of His Majesty the King, being the Grand Master of Knighthood. An award may be presented to people who have rendered special service to society.
This year, 10 Aruban citizens were be decorated. The Aruban “Ribbon Rain” took place on the 26th.
