The Aruba Hotel & Tourism Association has published the latest hotel performance data reporting that in February 2021 Aruba hotels experienced a 27.9% occupancy rate.
JANUARY 2021:
- Occupancy: The occupancy rate was 27.9%, which is 68.8% lower than the occupancy a year ago.
- ADR: The average daily rate (for occupied rooms) decreased by 23.7% compared to last year, to $294.63.
- RevPAR: The revenue per available room dropped by 76.2% to $82.20.
