The Aruba Hotel & Tourism Association is preparing a special ceremony for the AHATA Excellence Awards 2021. The annual awards recognize the extraordinary efforts of Aruba’s most exceptional employees in the tourism industry.
Each AHATA member company has the opportunity to select one top employee that personified extraordinary commitment to service and significant contributions to a productive economy and successful tourism. During a special award luncheon on December 2nd, each honoree will be awarded a special certificate and prize as a token of appreciation.

Following the Award Luncheon, each recipient will be highlighted on social media with a short video interview in which they describe their motivation for achieving excellence in their daily work.
