Recently, Kimberley Richardson of the Aruba Tourism Authority had the great pleasure to honor Arubaâs loyal and friendly visitors as Distinguished Visitors and Goodwill Ambassadors of Aruba. The Distinguished Visitor certificate is presented to visitors whom have been visiting Aruba 10 years and more consecutively. The Goodwill Ambassador certificate is presented to visitors whom have been visiting Aruba 20 years and more consecutively. Both certificates are given on behalf of the Minister of Tourism, as a token of appreciation, and to say âMasha Dankiâ for continuously choosing Aruba after so many years.
The honorees were Ms. Janice Waterman, Mr. Salvatore & Mrs. Pamela Cuomo, Mr. Lance Johnson & Mr. Peter Padvaiskas, and Mr. alphonse & Mrs. Deborah Dubois all as Distinguished Visitors of Aruba. The Goodwill Ambassador Certificate went to Mr. Russell & Mrs. Helen Cody.
These wonderful people stated that they love visiting the island very much, especially for its year-round sunny weather, its white sandy beaches and turquoise waters, its picturesque sunsets, its safety, its variety of foods, and Arubaâs warm and friendly people whom have become like family to them.
Ms. Richardson together with the representatives of the Caribbean Palm Village Resort presented the certificates to the honorees, handed over some presents and also thanked them for choosing Aruba as their favorite vacation destination and as their home-away-from-home.
