Recently, Kimberley Richardson of the Aruba Tourism Authority had the great pleasure to honor Aruba’s loyal and friendly visitors as Emerald Ambassadors of Aruba. The symbolic honorary Emerald Ambassador certificate is presented on behalf of the minister of Tourism, as a token of appreciation and to say ‘Masha Danki’ to the guests who visit Aruba 35 years and more consecutively.

The honorees were couple Mr. Edward & Mrs. Gail Tripp from New York, USA.

Mr. & Mrs. Tripp has been visiting Aruba for 38 years consecutively. The Emerald Ambassador certificate is the highest certificate that we present, and is given to visitors whom have been visiting Aruba 35 years or more consecutively. The ceremony was one of importance to us because honoring visitors whom have been coming to Aruba for over 35 years is incredibly rare and it was a very memorable moment for all of us.

Mr. & Mrs. Tripp stated that they love the island very much, especially for its year-round sunny weather, nice sandy beaches and picturesque sunsets, delicious variety of foods, its safety and Aruba’s warm and friendly people whom have become like family to them. Mr. & Mrs. Tripp also brought their family to the island many times before.

Ms. Richardson together with the representatives of the Divi Aruba All-inclusive presented the certificate to the honorees, handed over some presents and also thanked them for choosing Aruba as their favorite vacation destination and as their home-away-from-home.
