ORANJESTAD – Iberostar Hotels & Resorts continues to strengthen its commitment to people by introducing Star Care, a new initiative at JOIA Aruba by Iberostar. The program is designed to support the financial and emotional well-being of the professionals who work at the hotel and who have children in Aruba.

In partnership with YMCA’s C.A.R.E. (Children Afterschool Recreational & Educational) Program, the initiative offers affordable rates for families at reliable afterschool care for children from Monday to Friday, ensuring that employees can balance their professional and family responsibilities with greater peace of mind.
