For today we received a lovely message from Glenn and JoAnn Murphy from Basking Ridge, New Jersey.
They wrote to us saying: “Aruba is to me…donkeys! Each year that my dear wife and I return to our “One Happy Island” we HAVE TO stop by the Donkey Sanctuary to feed a few bags of carrots to our beloved donkeys. There we laugh and squeal when surrounded and bumped by our hungry furry friends during the carrot “feeding frenzy.” Later we sit peacefully at the sanctuary hut taking in the sweet sound of roosters crowing and delight in the strutting of the majestic peacocks. There we find our own moments of Sanctuary from the frenetic pace of life back at home in the states. Thank you Awesome Aruba!”
