Oranjestad, Aruba– Iberostar Hotels & Resorts, comprised of JOIA Aruba by Iberostar and Tierra del Sol Golf Course by Iberostar, is excited to announce its upcoming Job Fair taking place on Thursday, October 9, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM at JOIA Aruba by Iberostar, located on Eagle Beach.
This unique hiring event offers candidates the opportunity to get hired on the spot, with many open positions across multiple departments. Iberostar is looking for passionate and talented professionals eager to build a career in the hospitality industry.
The departments with open positions at JOIA Aruba by Iberostar and Tierra del Sol Golf Course by Iberostar are: Food & Beverage (server, hostess, restaurant supervisor, sommelier, barista); Kitchen (pastry supervisor, restaurant chef, cook 1, cook 2, pastry cook, butcher, chef d’partie, steward); Front Office (front of the house supervisor, agent & runner, concierge); Housekeeping (room attendants, public area attendants, houseperson); Spa (spa therapist); Tierra del Sol Golf Course by Iberostar: Spa receptionist, all around server, & beverage cart attendant.
The Job Fair will have three main areas: “Ready, Set & Hired.”
The “Ready” area – located at the entrance in the Foyer, where applicants can visit different booths, meet the department representatives, and receive information about the available positions.
For those that are interested and brought all the necessary documents, the next step will be the Ballroom – the “Set” area, where Iberostar department managers will conduct interviews.
For applicants who meet all requirements and successfully complete their interview, they will have the opportunity to move on to the “Hired” area – where the Human Resources team will welcome them to complete the job offer and employment agreement.
The full process may take about one hour, and qualified candidates may leave with an official job offer the same day. Applicants are encouraged to come prepared and professional, bringing:
- An updated resume
- A valid ID (Passport, driver’s license or identification card)
- A valid work permit (if applicable)
- A valid health card (green card) for Food & Beverage & Butler positions
- Minimum of two contact for references
