The Aruba Hotel & Tourism Association has released the most recent hotel performance results, which shows that hotel occupancy increased from March levels to 52.7% in April.
April 2021:
- Occupancy: The occupancy rate was 52.7%, which is 45% higher than March and 36.2% lower than in 2019. It should be noted that Aruba’s borders were closed in April 2020.
- ADR: The average daily rate (for occupied rooms) was $246.96, which is a decline of 14% compared to 2019.
- RevPAR: The revenue per available room achieved was $130.08; 45% lower than 2019.
