This is not your normal housekeeping year: housekeeping has always been a very important department within the hospitality industry, but this particular year they were the ones bringing the protocol for COVID-19 hygiene into practice. Their work is tough, cleaning rooms within a deadline and now considering the extra measures because of the pandemic we can say from our whole heart: Thank YOU for protecting us and keeping us safe in a clean environment.
The Ritz-Carlton, Aruba shared some images about how they showed their appreciation to the âLadies & Gentlemenâ which is how they call their employees. The hotel expressed: âIn times like these, itâs important to focus on the things weâre grateful for. Thatâs why itâs so important for us to say âthank youâ for helping keep our hotel clean and taking care of our fellow Ladies & Gentlemen and guests.
