Renaissance Aruba invites you to make a culinary trip with stops in different Spanish cities, like Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia and Seville. The Olé – Spanish Pop Up is created around a menu, designed by renowned chef José Luque, who will fly in from Madrid.
Chef José Luque Chef José Luque has vast experience, ranging from culinary director at five-star hotels, to prestigious hotels that offer Gourmet, Mini-Cuisine, Signature Tapas, Spanish and International Haute Cuisine, and much more. After 25 years of hard work, he has not only an impressive resumé to show for, but he has also made quite a name for himself within the culinary community.
¡Olé! Tapas & Sangria
The expectations are high for every Pop-Up at Renaissance Aruba and the gourmet-, cuisine- or tapa enthusiast has truly fallen in love with the concept. On Friday, April 6th and Saturday, April 7th Chef José Luque will lead the Renaissance Aruba Resort culinary team during the Olé – Spanish Pop Up. A Spanish dish cannot be complete without Sangria; which is why every culinary accent will be present in every single dish that is presented during Olé.
Join us this Friday and Saturday and enjoy delicious tapas and top quality Sangria, or choose from the menu- a-la- carte, which also includes different dishes typically from Spain, as well as Chef José Luque’s specialty: a paella, served with chicken or seafood. The Olé – Spanish Pop Up will be open from 12 to 10 PM and will serve lunch and dinner.
