Po-Ké Ono has rolled out a variety of new menu items that showcase the restaurant’s vibrant approach to Asian cuisine. Known for combining authenticity with creativity, Po-Ké Ono continues to bring distinctive dining experiences to Aruba.

Leading the kitchen is acclaimed chef Urvin Croes, the mastermind behind some of Aruba’s most iconic restaurants including White Modern Cuisine, The Kitchen Table by White, and since 2020, both Po-Ké Ono and Infini Restaurant. At Po-Ké Ono, Chef Urvin draws on his Chinese heritage to fuel his passion for Asian flavors, offering innovative takes on poke bowls, sushi, bao, dim sum, and beyond.

Tonkotsu Ramen
A deeply flavored broth with chashu pork slices, Chinese cabbage, wood ear mushrooms, fried onions and garlic, spring onions, seaweed, and marinated egg.

Teriyaki Shio Ramen
A lighter broth base paired with teriyaki grilled chicken, cabbage, shiitake mushrooms, cilantro, spring onions, corn, bamboo, seaweed, and marinated egg.
