After an extensive period of planning, design, branding, and concept development, GAIA House of Grill came to life and opened its doors to offer Aruba high-quality service, explosive flavors, and an extraordinary culinary experience.
The name GAIA comes from the Greek Goddess of Mother Earth. The new House of Grill concept is led by Executive Chef Alejandro Camurri together with his culinary team, who aim to present a balance between land and sea.
A distinctive menu with bold, explosive flavors is GAIA’s specialty. The taste and combination of various ingredients create a unique sensation for every palate and every guest who visits GAIA House of Grill.
GAIA is located at JOIA Aruba by Iberostar, at the front of the hotel overlooking the prestigious Eagle Beach. The indoor dining area offers an exotic atmosphere that sparks curiosity through its selection of furniture, colors, and finishing details in every decorative element. Meanwhile, the outdoor patio allows guests to feel the Aruba breeze, creating a perfect balance of natural elements that come together as GAIA, the Goddess of Mother Earth.
GAIA is open Monday through Sunday, except Tuesdays, from 5:00 PM to 10:30 PM. Guests are encouraged to make reservations via opentable.com and to follow GAIA on social media @gaia.aruba to stay informed about all details and events.
