Palm Beach, Aruba, December 12, 2025 – Don Esteban Gourmet proudly announces the debut of its first boutique dining concept at Radisson Blu Aruba, introducing a curated Spanish tapas offering crafted with premium ingredients, artisanal techniques, and deep cultural heritage. This opening marks the brand’s first flagship location.
Created by Stephan Camguilhem, a French–Spanish entrepreneur and founder of Don Esteban Foods, known for introducing premium Spanish products across the region, the concept reflects his vision for a boutique culinary brand rooted in authenticity and craftsmanship.
At its Aruba home, Don Esteban Gourmet presents a menu crafted by Executive Chef Jorge MĂ©ndez and his team, drawing on authentic Spanish flavors and traditional culinary techniques. Guests can enjoy curated tapas and small plates, artisanal charcuterie, premium cheeses, and bold, vibrant dishes designed to be shared.
The crown jewel of Don Esteban Gourmet is the legendary Jamón Ibérico de Bellota, carved with artisanal precision. This celebrated delicacy captures the essence of Spanish culinary mastery and is made to be shared, enjoyed, and savored.
The venue’s intimate atmosphere blends warmth and refinement, creating a welcoming setting ideal for relaxed afternoon tastings or cozy evening gatherings. Each visit invites guests to explore a mix of vibrant flavors, selected wines, and the authentic products that define the Don Esteban brand.
