For today we received a lovely message from Traci & Jay Minihan.

They wrote to us saying: “We have been coming to Aruba for 18 years. We fell in love with this island, but more importantly the people of Aruba. Over the years we have met people who instantly became family, that’s the Aruban way!

Eight years ago we stumbled upon a home in Savaneta for sale. We fell in love with the neighborhood, and the rest was history! Our neighbors have become dear friends and we enjoy our time with them here on the island. We are very involved with all the rescue foundations. We always transport, and a few times have convinced our friends at home, that they need a dog! You will always find us under a palapa at Baby Beach with a pack of dogs.

In a few short months over a hundred of our friends and family from the states will travel to Aruba for our wedding. We knew this has always been “our” special place, and we can’t wait to share it with everyone. Thank you Aruba for sharing your island with us and truly making it our Happy Place!”

Thank you for sending us this wonderful message sharing what Aruba means to you with us and our readers!
