Our bodies are a sophisticated, well calibrated machine that does thousands of functions in a second. Our systems and glandular functions run according to what or how we think, our thoughts, plus what we eat. We can have a thought that we identify with, if unpleasant, this immediately throws some of the bodily functions off balance.

If we identify pleasant thoughts then our functions stay well calibrated. Just a slight movement and identification is the difference to a healthy body comparing to one
that is off balanced. Choice of food and diet is another factor but more than just food that we eat and air that we breathe is a thought that we may identify that can actually harm us in due time. So subtle is this impact that when it affects our glandular functions, it shall manifest as some sort of disease.

Diabetes, thyroid issues, low testosterone, lack of dopamine or happy hormone, tons more may manifest just due to our thought pattern that we habitually identify with. Connecting from time to time with nature is the best way to bring ourselves back to a balance, the best way we can. Moments of silence during our day does the same, brings some sense of
calmness to the physical body.

Whoever knew that just a single thought can have adverse effects once we have made it to a
habit? Yet we have a body that is ready to recalibrate itself to how it should be functioning at
any time. It has its own intelligence and is capable of self-healing, once we do permit it to do so.

Suresh Mirchumal is a spiritual writer. “Well, you can categorize it like that, although I don’t call myself one. These thoughts come in effortlessly.” His aim is in a way to reach out to whoever gets inspired or has an eye opening event within them that may transcend their current state of consciousness. “Or let’s say current emotional state too. If one in a thousand benefits, that is already great.” Due to the current world state, lots of struggles and stresses, we seem to lose touch with that inner peace that we long for, Suresh explains. “I wish to ease that through these small articles or tidbits.” You will find his tidbits in Aruba Today from now on, like a sunray of the day. If you wish to make use of Suresh his services like meditation or just a talk, please email to: Thedimensionofsilence@gmail.com.
